Welcome to JOSI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JOSI mobile application, operated by Alphonsine Williams ("we", "us", "our"), based in Berlin, Germany.

By creating a JOSI account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use JOSI.

1. What JOSI is

JOSI is a mobile app that helps couples and friend groups decide where to eat through a swipe-based matching system. We provide the technology that connects you with your partner or group, suggests nearby restaurants, and facilitates group decisions. We are not affiliated with the restaurants shown in the app and do not make bookings, reservations, or deliveries on your behalf.

2. Account eligibility

To use JOSI, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not create accounts on behalf of others without permission

You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

3. Acceptable use

When using JOSI, you agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or send abusive content to other users
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the app
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
